Dreary Night in March

It was a cold, rainy March day. John and Cathy Johnson were packing their things and getting ready for a weekend away from the kids. Oldest sister Ali was in charge for the night. This was not the parents first time away, she was a seasoned babysitter! The children were looking forward to a night without the parents. They had a lot of fun plans in store. Little did they now what was to come!

After their nights adventures, they ventured home to call it an evening. After carefully checking every window and door in the house, and I mean every single window and door they turned on the security system and settled in. Sound asleep, exhausted Ali was suddenly awoken by the telephone ringing. She jumped out of bed and answered the call to hear her mom on the other line in a panic!

"Whats going on, where are the kids?"

    That was good. It started out ok but then the ending was super. It got me excited to see what was going to happen.

    Spelling error at the end of the first paragraph but the ending was catchy, i wanted to keep reading!
